I am Lola Ajijola
I am a nutrition coach and a mother of two (2) absolutely yummy kids. The focus of my nutritional practice centers on childhood nutrition as well as helping mums-to-be and parents feed their kids healthful nourishing meals right from the start.
I have always loved good food and enjoyed cooking for as long as I can remember. However, in 2014 after the birth of my first child, I became increasingly aware that the food most mothers rely on is refined, processed, nutritionally lacking and works against the natural body processes of our kids. Healthy Eating Little People (HELP) focuses on providing informative nutritional advice, inspiration, and support to empower parents to make healthier food choices for their kids.
To better develop my capacity, I have concluded studies at the Rapha Healthy Living Institute (RHLI) and am currently undertaking courses with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). The motivation behind what I do is to encourage and inspire people to understand diseases, so we can better prevent and possibly reverse them by eating healthy.
I want to build a community of parents who understand the need to feed their children home cooked meals even with busy schedules because health begins in the kitchen and not at the doctor’s office.
